    Nerdy Dancin' Empty Nerdy Dancin'

    Post by Roy42 Mon Nov 09, 2009 12:22 pm

Who would have thought that Jeremy can't pull off cool dancing moves? Seems Phineas and, more importantly, Ferb, will have to give him a hand with impressing Candace, when the couple enter a dance show competition. Unfortunately for Doofenshmirtz and his cohorts in evil science, all the cameras that they seek to use to broadcast their declaration of their evilness are focused on the dancing, not them. No, wait; you're not telling me that Doofenshmirtz is going to 'modern-style' dance, are you? *shudder* That'd be even weirder than explaining why L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N is a justifiable acronym for Heinz' group.

Egad! Why in the world would you shudder at Doofenshmirtz trying modern style dancing?! It was super-specu-tastic-ular! I squeled and giggled and fangirled out pretty much the whole episode (Ferb dancing, Norm making potato salad, Norm insulting Doofenshmirtz, Norm insulting Doofenshmirtz AGAIN, Doof going to the L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. conference (did he found it himself? Just wondering), Doofenshmirtz dancing, Doofenshmirtz getting in an extremely close and as he stated "awkward" position with Rodney, Ferb dancing for Jeremy, Ferb dancing away, and Doofenshmirtz in the ER.)

And how is L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. not a justifiable acronym?!

I liked this episode quite bit and found it one of the better of the four released (correct me if I'm wrong about there being four released all around the same date trhat's an entirely new batch). It's not one of my favourites but they did do a fairly good job.

Wow. You stole the words right out of my mouth.

    My only other comments:

    1. Ferb can dance. Enough said.

    2. Nikki Stars, you didn't tell us you were making a cameo! Very Happy

As always, I will be quick to point out that episodes take about 9 or 10 months to produce, so unless she had come up with the name randomly an entire year ago, it's just a coincidence.

It is a weird coincidence. I was so shocked when I found out that the host.. person... thing-y's name was "Nikki Stars". I almost died.

Ferb's got some awesome dance moves, but that Tron suit was retarded, at least I think so. This was an awesome episode overall, every part of it. I would take too long in writing a review for it.

I should ask Heinz if there are any spots left in L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N....

Ooh, do please. Perhaps you should ask if he might be so kind to let another happy-go-lucky fan join as well?

Yes, the Tron suit was, as you said, "retarded". XD Loved Stacy's, "Well that's disturbing." bit. It was pretty much the same thing that was going through my mind at that very moment. Aah. Stacy. how wonderful you are.

Well you've all pretty much summarized my views of the episode. I cracked up at the 'Nikki Stars' bit, earning some strange looks from my brothers. Ferb's dancing (especially the exiting bit at the dance competition) was awesome. Great, great episode.

I agree with all above statements. This would have been just a good episide... until I met the newer, sassier Norm. My roommate actualy had to check up on me because I was laughing so hard.

    Ferb's got the mooooooooves...

...but yeah, he does NOT pull off the Tron suit...like anyone could anyways.

Anyways, I found this episode to be quite good, basically because of Ferb's dancing, L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. (seriously best acronym ever), Norm's disses, Perry's reaffirmed (for like the billionth time) epicness, and of course...

    Doof. Oh god, yes.

Great episode. Boy, was Norm ripping them left and right!

The best view of Jeremy that I have ever seen is with the "deer in the headlights" look when he was the only contestant left on the dancefloor. Priceless! That, plus Ferb's awesome dancing.

I felt pretty bad for Jeremy for having to go through all of this just to not let Candace down, but it is pretty cool that he cares about her this much.

The L.O.V.E.M.U.F.F.I.N. thing was funny, and yeah, Nikki Stars sounds like someone we know from the fanfiction website Hmm......

That would be because Nikki Stars is someone we know from FF.net — who has joined here — and even with a few similarities to the character, such as the fact that her face wasn't actually seen, incredibly irritating to listen to, and so irrelevant that if she wasn't in the episode, I would have favoured it more.

I've already got my spots with Phineas' car being number 42, Let's Take a Quiz's quiz, and Comet Kermillian featuring antidisestablishmentarianism.

I think Norm was a bit harsh on Doofenshmirtz, but it was made up for by Perry shattering the classic death trap scenario.

It was kinda weird that we couldn't see Nikki Stars's face. I have blond hair like her, but that's about all I have in common with her. And I don't have a British accent. And I don't host a dance show. Espcially one called "Let's All Dance Until We're Sick".

By the way, Roy, may I ask how antidisestablishmentarianism constitutes you? Are you against the separation of church and state or something? Razz

Yes, yes he is. It's nice to see Norm get more lines that somewhat make more sense and contribute to the Doof sub-plot.

Reasons why this episode was awesome:

    1) Norm's finally standing up for himself. Go giant robot!

    2) LOVEMUFFINS. 'nuff said.

    3) Ferb's awesome dancing.

    4) Jeremy actually having more of a personality. For the most part, he's just the nice boy next door. Now he actually was "%^#@!" about doing something with Candace. I just thought that was funny.
