    Phineas and Ferb use a snow-cone machine to create a winter paradise during the middle of summer. Meanwhile, Doofenschmirtz plans to use a device to melt all of the chocolate in the tri-state area. But will he succeed?

    This episode was great and having it snow outside made it even better. My personal fav bit in this episode: When the cuckoo clock smashes through the back window after Dad says "Well, what do ya think?"

    I give it about 86% - it could've been higher except the song was a bit short the second time around.

    "Hey everybody - My mom's got hot chocolate."
