Phineas and Ferb clone themselves so they can complete more projects while Doofenschmirtz hovers over his girlfriend's house with a huge magnet to erase crazy messages on her answering machine, for the sake of recording new ones

"Candace, please report to the panic room immediately." I feel like saying that whenever I see this episode lately. Does any of your houses contain a panic room?

This is one of my favorite episodes... can you tell from my username, avatar, AND signature? It's probably the first episode in which I fell on the floor from laughing. The "Mary Shelley's Frankenstein" line really drew my interest and locked me into this series... one of the primary reasons I watch this show is to catch the gags for older audiences.

A funny thing popped into my head after I saw this episode a few times. Ironically, it was probably Phineas and Ferb who built that panic room at some point for some other purpose, who else would have built it?

If this is the case, Candace was using one of Phineas and Ferb's creations to take shelter from several other of Phineas and Ferb's creations. Does anyone else find that ironic or is my brain just that irrelevant? Probably the latter, I know.

I'm wondering where your logic is in saying that Phineas and Ferb would have built the panic room.

I understand, KLCI. Would Candace be the most likely candidate to add an entire underground room which her parents know next to nothing about just in case one of Phineas and Ferb's inventions went haywire? It certainly sounds like something PaF would do instead.

Well, Chimneyvator, it seems like you've changed your signature since you posted that comment.

    Will anybody answer my question?

I just figured that since a panic room is such a rare thing to see in an everyday home and the boys tend to build unorthodox things at times, they might have built it for another purpose at some point and Candace may have found it a suitable place to hide.

The only other explanation I can think of is that it is a bomb shelter or something like that, which was there before they moved in.

I thought that bomb shelters were built outside the actual houses.
