    Post by Roy42 Mon Oct 19, 2009 1:43 pm

    Companion episode to "Bubble Boys".

During the creation of their giant bubble, Phineas requested that Fireside Girls troop 46321 acquire the sap from the rare Maracanut Tree. Isabella, Gretchen, Katie, Milly, Holly, Ginger, Adyson and a creator-confirmed list of the Fireside Girls' names risk their lives to acquire their 'Help Thy Neighbour Patch' for the 53rd time (54th for Milly), in between trips to 'Phineas Land', removing Ginger's 'I Just Saw a Cute Boy Patch' and checking in on Pinky the Chihuahua's daring day life.

I personally thought this episode was a nice deparature from the norm. Honestly, I was really wondering why the Fireside Girls really weren't used much for plot relevance besides Isabella. Sure, they help out, but they've never really been used in a way that produces character. I could delve into it more, but it just seems self-explanatory by now that all of these characters deserved this well-needed limelight episode. Hopefully we'll see more of the individual Fireside Girls and their characters.

I wonder where all the Phinebella shippers went? Oh well.

I liked this episode, and we got to know a bit more about the Fireside Girls, which was one of the things in the Character Discussion thread about them that we hoped about. Isabella going all goo-goo-gaa-gaa about Phineas was definitely funny, and they had that two times during the episode. Overall, a good episode, better than some of the ones out lately.

While I didn't enjoy all the Phinebella,I did like the departure from the usual format and I would actually like to hear more from Agent Pinky and his... eccentric nemis. Heck, I wouldn't mind if the Fireside Girl Plot happened in already-aired episodes!

I thoroughly enjoyed the episode. The Fireside Girls are minor characters most of the time, so having a whole episode about them was enjoyable.

I liked this episode a lot too. Seeing what the Fireside Girls and Agent Pinky did throughout the day was a great idea. It's also interesting to see how this one ties in with Bubble Boys. I always enjoy things like that for some reason.

Professor Poofenplotz is waaaaaaay creepier than Doofenshmirtz. Shocked

And Phineas should never turn into a centaur. The look really doesn't suit him.

Well, I just so happen to like this new centaur look for Phineas. It just proves that he'll do anything to make her feel pleasent.

Don't like how it ends though; seems rather rushed to me. 94%

    I like the term "Phintaur".

The centaur fiasco was hillarious and gives insight into Isabella's thought process in some odd sort of way.

It would suck to have Pinky's job. Dr. Poofenplotz (?) is just CREEEEPY! I would have to put a paper bag over her head to look at her.

I sorta like and don't like the episode. The Fireside Girls were just TOO awesome...more than Phineas and Ferb at least, since, the Fireside girls used their surroundings rather than man-made inventions. I don't know. It was good that they broke from the norm once in a while though. Smile

I absolutely ADORED this episode! As a major Phinbella shipper I loved all of the Phineas/Isabella interactions. I even have the ''can we be together forever and ever'' scene memorized. However, I missed the presence of Perry and the big objects and outrageous contraptions in this episode. So my idea:

    1. Keep the strong Phinbella presence, BUT:

    2. keep the contraptions and still revolve the day and Phineas, Ferb, and perry. A day COMPLETELY with the Fireside Girls is a little boring.

You forget, this episode was meant to be paired with "Bubble Boys", but in Isabella's perspective. You already got this episode's contraptions with Phineas and Ferb and the Perry plot, but in this half, they gave everything to you Isabella-style. You really need to watch both to get the full effect of the episode.
