Well, that one might not be a metaphor, but Phineas and Ferb deciding to not use any modern tools to build an old fashioned town in the backyard, just like Danville was created; that's totally a metaphor for…stuff. Y'know, deep, thought-provoking stuff.
Lastly, there's Doofenshmirtz, whose decision to use his latest Inator — your typical machine that has a slight chance of breaking space-time — to speed up his and Roger's golf game so that he doesn't have to actually play the game, while Perry caddies, is a metaph…
Umm, actually, that last one's just weird.
