The better thing about drama in books is that they don't make it ridiculously overdramatised unless they actually want to.

Discuss your favorite stories that have a little more than a teaspoon full of drama stirred into the formula.

I guess Sherlock Holmes is more drama than it is comedy, sci-fi or fantasy... Although i'd personally class it as 'adventure'.

Well at present i'm reading 'The Five Orange Pips', and i have been reading Sherlock Holmes for a few weeks since i got a book for my birthday with all the original Strand Magazine stories, including the famous Hound of the Baskervilles which takes up a good third of the manuscript. So... anyone else like Sherlock Holmes?

I've always wanted to, but my library doesn't have any of them (its reaally small) and nobody I know owns them, and I have no money to buy them..so yeah. I've heard they're really good though.

Wow that's sad. I'd be pretty miffed if the library didn't have Sherlock Holmes.
