Chez Platypus - Page 2 Empty Chez Platypus

    Post by Roy42 Mon Apr 06, 2009 9:22 am

    First topic message reminder :

All the action takes place in the fancy, trendy, delicious, "Chez Platypus", a new platypus themed restaurant that Phineas and Ferb create after a less than satisfying night at a bistro that left the boys hungry for more, while Jeremy and Candace, finally on for a night of romance, meet their match: The velvet rope. Doofenshmirtz is the only threat to this night of romance, as he plans to activate a satellite beam to rid the world of love…if his blind date goes badly, of course.

It went the same direction as his thoughts that "Tip of the Day" wasn't great.

I wonder who will be the next victim of Doofenshmirtz' attempted love life, then, still, that's 3 that he's failed with, you'd think he'd just give up and accept the "3 time loser" tradition.

I don't know.......who knows. Being a "three-time loser" is pretty rough for Dr. Doofenschmirtz. Will he ever find the love of his life and hold on to it? God only knows. At this point, I would say that is is very unlikely.

Well, actually, more than 3, there was(far as we know):

    1. The one that kept stabbing him with a fork

    2. The one that favoured Perry over him

    3. The one that left him for a whale (Elizabeth)

    4. This one

Man, he is in the same boat as Candace, he seriously needs to reexamine his life.

Don't forget about the one with whom he had a "relationship bump" and left 54 long, embarassing messages.

Ok, please keep on topic, you're going into talk about Doofenshmirtz himself, not the episode. I think I like their plans that take place or lead into the evening more than most, usually because they are the plans that involve romance.

I also enjoyed the romance part of the episode.......Doofenschmirtz did not seem like himself. I for one, am glad that his plot to ruin romantic relationships in the Tri-State area failed. I can't imagine what it would be like if Doofenschmirtz actually succeeded with his plot.......I mean, if that happened (hypotetically speaking), you can kiss Candace/Jeremy and Phineas/Isabella goodbye. Then again, love took over, so he forgot about this plot and enjoyed his date.

Great episode here! Ferb could make an excellent chef. Buford is great at doorman duty, handling the "velvet rope". Wish we could see more of Baljeet's role in this one.

Yes, I feel sorry for Doof as well. If it wasn't for that satellite ray gun...
