The In-Joke Thread

Okay, so I thought this thread could serve two purposes.

First, it could give us all a little chuckle, and chuckling is always nice.

Second, it could give those of us who haven't been running with the pack as long as the rest of us (*glances at ITP and ChimneyVator) a chance to learn and understand some of our in-jokes, so when they come up (I mean, c'mon, they're likely to come up every now and again ) they know what we're actually talking about.

Only rule is that at least one person on the forum has to understand what the in-joke means. Got it? Good.

I'll start off with an old one:

New Zealad.

Well, I was in the Tavern, annoying Roy and Neerav as usual, when the phone rang (the theoretical phone, of course.) Then there was this whole debate over certain clauses in the Important-Looking Document, which determined who had to answer the phone. Eventually, Roy answered the phone, as dictated by Clause 42. The people on the other end were saying something about stalking their prey and "We're going to get her" or something.

Later the doorbell rang, and so I decided I would have to move to New Zealand to escape my "friends." Except at the last minute, I decided I would instead move to New Zealad, because nobody except Roy knows that it's east of Australa, which is south of Indonesa.

Um. Well.

I heard Azerbajan is a quite nice place, too.

And you're right, it does open another whole layer of in-jokes... such as Bradley and Delici's origins, and whether they could win a fight against certain people... hehehe.

Hey ITP and CV, if you have absolutely no clue what we're talking about, you can ask, y'know. That's part of what this thread is for...
