When all other agents are completely unavailable… when your best agent is too close to the target… when there's no one else, and-seriously, NO ONE else to turn to is the requirement…you send in the intern bursting with initiative. Carl is going undercover to find out why Doof's new gravity reversing machine is built from blueprints Phineas and Ferb drew up. Are Phineas and Ferb really evil? Will Candace bust the boys(no)? Will Perry find the long lost Agent G? How many functions does Norm have?

Seems kind of odd how Carl referred to everyone's actual name this episode than just "Agent P's owners" or something. I like it, though.

I also love how Carl finally got his very own episode. It's showing that this portion of the season, they're doing the task of exploring all of the supporting cast so that they're not "that person who just stands around and ______s all the time". Basically, they're developing every single character and that's awesome.
