Help with a character

Hi every one, I need your option on a character,
I need to know if you think he’s a Mary sue, I’ve tried the litmus test but I'd like to know what you guys think

Phillip
Age 17
Has lived a life somewhat of hardships, being forced to hide underground with the rest of a non hypnotised humanity, hiding from an evil group that rules earth,

Has lost a mother figure has a few friends,

At first in the story he’s filled with hate, but as the story goes on his lessens a big, and finds a way to forgive those who have hurt him,

Technically has ties to Isabella but is only featured in a few scenes with her.

In an upcoming story only featured in 6 out of 13 potential chapter

He might be a Stu if:
-Things always go right for him
-He bends the rules of the universe just by existing
-Everyone immediately loves him

I think those are the only things that really make a Mary Sue character, but I can't tell if you have those things or not. From your description, he seems fine to me.
